Dressage Saddles with

Your horse's back is guaranteed to change over time. We have found that the horse’s back can change significantly over the course of one year.(click here to view this study) An adjustable-treed saddle accommodates these changes and allows you to change horses without changing saddles. A smart investment. All saddles listed below are handcrafted one at a time by independent master saddlers in England. The trees are custom-made and have 10-12 laminated layers of beechwood for flexibility, and steel reinforcements and springs for strength. The leather is Sedgewick's—the most expensive and luxurious saddle leather that money can buy. Gullets are wide; panels are wide, deep, and elastic—the secret to encouraging free movement in the back.

The
Laser 100 and 200 Dressage Saddles*
Very popular models! Narrow twist for comfort and nice flat
spot in center of seat for freedom of movement. Wide gullet and panels,
wool-flocked, highly adjustable, and very close contact. Superb fit
for horse with lightly curved to lightly scoopy (not swayed) back.
The 100 allows flexible knee placement for the rider. The thigh block
on the flap of the 200 encourages a classical position with leg further
back.

The
Laser 747 Dressage Saddle
If the silhouette of your horse's back is flat behind the wither,
this is the correct choice. An extra cushion under the cantle of
the 747 eliminates the motion that you will get from any other dressage
saddle. Extra wide, flexible, and adjustable panels have a layer

The
Laser CM Ultimate Dressage Saddle
This is Jeremy Beale's answer to the greatest saddling challenge
of our time: how do we put a narrow twist on a wide horse? The CM
Ultimate solves this problem in both traditional and innovative
ways. Traditionally, the seat is raised just a tad to narrow the
twist. Jeremy's innovation attaches the flaps so as to reduce the
twist by a full inch. The padding and adjustable thigh blocks complete
the seat for a dream come true. For the horse, Jeremy removed the
points from the tree and lined the panels with felt and Pro-Lite
Latex Gel. This plus a sliding-D
billeting system make the saddle a dream for your horse,
too! We know of no other saddle with these fitting features. It
is truly Ultimate.

| We are delighted to announce two brand new Laser models: the Trident and the Renaissance. Both are built on shallower trees than has been the fad over the last few years. Many dressage riders complain that overly deep-seated saddles tip them forward and inhibit free range of movement. The seats on both of these saddles are shallower and divinely comfortable, put you in a correct position, and allow you to softly follow the motion of your horse. Your horse will love the revolutionary Swallow-Tail tree points, which allow complete freedom of motion for the shoulder. |

We are also proud to introduce our modified trees with our exclusive Swallow Tail™ points – another Laser™ innovation! The Trident saddle is fitted with this tree.
The points of a standard tree are directed straight down. By contrast, our Swallow Tail™ points, which are shortened by more than an inch, are swept back in a curve to conform to the shape of the shoulder pocket.
This eliminates interference with the scapula, promotes freedom of the shoulder, bigger gaits and increased ability to lighten the forehand. |

The Trident
The Trident is so named because it combines the best features common to our earlier models. It is a traditional dual flap saddle with wool flocked panels, a wide gullet and our Double Vee billet system. The LASER™ Trident This saddle is equipped with two pairs of Velcro attached knee rolls, which allows the rider to select both the size and position of the knee roll, or simply to opt for none at all!
This saddle is equipped with the revolutionary variable adjustment tree by Varilock™ which allows them to be adjusted to fit different horses.
These adjustments can be made quickly and easily by the user and the system is self locking to eliminate any risk of slippage or wear. |
