We are an international
group of saddlers, saddle researchers, and craftspersons centered in the
Middle Atlantic area of the United States. Our saddle fitter, Susan Schürer,
was trained in the United States, England, and Germany. She conducts research
on the changing horse back and is in constant conversation with other
saddlers on the cutting edge of research in all three countries. Our saddlers and advisors in England, Patrick Keane, Brynn Carl Lowbridge, Kenneth Lyndon-Dykes, and Mark Romain have many decades of experience and have won prestigious prizes, including the coveted Society of Master Saddlers and the British Equestrian Trade Association competitions. They are eager to implement
new ideas and to work with us in innovative ways. We are proud to be working
with Laser Equestrian and Custom Saddlery, whose designs define the cutting
edge. Our Lancaster County harness maker, Desiree Reeser, was trained in Canada, and is bringing her precision to our new cut-back girth.

We do more than sell
saddles — and more than repair saddles. Our mission is fit, value,
and education. We can replace or adjust saddle trees, seats, billets,
foam, flocking, gussets, gullets, knee pads, and blocks — all of
this to make your saddle fit you and your horse better. Saddle renovation
is a good way to save money and to rejuvenate a worthy older saddle. But in the event that your saddle cannot be made to fit properly, we offer fantastic values on handcrafted English saddles with and without adjustable trees. Fit, fit,
fit and quality. That's who we are. Contact
us for educational programs and clinics.
